  • 2 tbsp boneless chicken
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • cup brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 or 4.
