Truffled Couscous


Couscous is a North African version of semolina traditionally served with a meat or vegetable stew  spooned over it. This truffled version of the original couscous brings the flavors of Africa, Middle East & the Mediterranean together in 5 minutes.


Recommended uses: Add a tablespoon of butter and a sprinkle of fresh herbs. This truffled couscous could be served either as entrée and thus serve about two—three people, or as a side dish for roasted meat, fish or the traditional way with a vegetable stew.
