Moroccan Barley Couscous

Made in Morocco

When you're craving cous cous, which I do often, use the real authentic one from it's origin, not some pale supermarket imitation. Made with Barley, Durum wheat and Corn, this is Moroccoʼs best selling couscous. Filled with flavor, it is the perfect base for tagine cooked stews and just about anything with a sauce. It also can be added cold or as the base for salads. Try it as a salad with chopped Moroccan olives, cherry tomatoes, Moroccan caper berries, scallions and Moroccan Marrakech Extra Virgin Olive Oil
