Lentils

These lentils are characterized by its small size and rounded shape. This type of lentil is preferred by the great chef of traditional Spanish cuisine. After the lentils and cleaned, they are placed in a pot and cooked with water, oil and salt. Once cooked they are inserted in a crystal jar with its own juice.
Lentils are know to reduce bad cholesterol, because they are a great source of soluble fiber. Lentils have a lot of minerals, two types of vitamin B and protein.
