Chitarrone Artisan Egg pasta contains little pieces of garlic and parsley in the dough. Made with flour and durum wheat semolina, this pasta absorbs and captures sauces well because of its coarse texture. Excellent with smoked fish sauces, for example salmon. Also perfect for "carbonara" or "amatriciana" sauces. Cook for 4 minutes. |
