Characteristics: This dark yellow, light green Olive Oil is extracted in Spain from Arbequina Olives. This is a typical olive which owes its name to the town of Arbequa, know for their excellent Spanish olives. Our Spanish Olive Oil is delicate yet highly fruity, with a fresh and balanced aroma and a clean taste that resemble to many the taste of almonds. Harvested by hand and cold pressed in November, is then bottled and brought to your table from the peaceful and romantic hills of Spain. |
