Just after the turn of the century, in 1911, Sabatino Balestra and his wife Giuseppina began their first “Emporium” in Umbria-Italy. The Balestra Family began distributing Bakery products, Olive Oil, Vinegars, and personal hygiene supplies. With overwhelming certainty that their products were nothing less than extraordinary, they continued in their efforts to create a company that they could share the value and exquisiteness of their products with the rest of the world. This company has been passed on to three generations, and today are embodiment of what Sabatino&Co means not only to us, but to you, our consumer.
