Bonito Tuna in Olive Oil
|
Every morning the fishermen go to the north sea of Spain to catch the Bonitos. It is beautiful to sit near the light house of the harbor at 4 pm and see the fisherman ships entering the bay in the wavy sea. Their ships come full of treasures from the sea, like the bonito tuna, albacore in Spanish.
Under a deluxe presentation we can find two types of tuna. The Bonito Tuna in Olive Oil is of excellent quality. It is fried in olive oil and then cooked for an hour. It does not lose its flavor and does not dry. The Pickled or marinated Bonito is also very tasty. In its preparation Rioja Wine is used to provide a delicious flavor.
