Ventresca is the Spanish name given to the belly of the bonito tuna. It is delicious and contains higher content in fat. Once cleaned the Bonito belly is carefully fried in olive oil. It is cooked for thirty minutes in its own juice. This keeps the flavor and freshness of the tuna belly. This product has received the "Reyno Gourmet" prestigious nomination from the Spanish. |
