Biolea produces this highly aromatic and innovative blend of organic olive oil and lemons at harvest time on the Astrikas Estate. Unlike most flavored oils that use essences, Biolea lemon oils are made by tossing lemons directly into the estate's stone press with newly harvested Koroneiki olives and pressing to produce this surprising nautrally flavored oil. Because the lemon flavors and olive oil mix as they emerge from their fruits, this delicious oil will not separate. Use the Biolea lemon oil as a salad dressing or with salt to flavor steamed vegetables or greens. Or while broiling a fish, drizzle it over the fish to create a moist, tasty seafood feast. 250 ml bottle with pop-up spout / 12 per case. |
