Flower of Salt (Flor de Sal), this Mediterranian sea salt has the most delicate flavor and texture and is therefore perfect for putting the finishing touch to a dish. These crystals are the first to form so they are very light and tast "sweeter" than common salt. This is completely hand harvested and dried naturally by the sun, in the Ebro Delta, North East of Spain.
It is also much richer in trace elements and minerals and much has less sodium chloride. The flower of salt contains all 84 trace elements and micronutrients found in the Mediterranian sea. An adequate level of this salt is very important for the functioning of our body.
