The origins of Pastificio d’Apuzzo trace all the way back to 1848 in the small town of Gragnano, where Giuseppe d’Apuzzo began his business of handcrafted pasta production. In 1902, the business was passed down to his youngest son, Giuseppe junior, who modernized the production of pasta by establishing the first ever automatic steam pasta factory. Today, great grandson Giuseppe III keeps this noble and important familial tradition alive. All pasta is made in traditional bronze dies with the finest grade durum wheat semolina flour.
