The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Mosto Oro" is produced from the finest Taggiasca olives grown exclusively in the hills of Italy's sun-drenched western Riviera Ligure, harvested by hand at their maximum ripeness and immediately cold pressed in a traditional mill.
"Mosto" means unfiltered, and in fact, the oil is bottled just as it comes from the mill, without any kind of treatment, after a period of natural decantation. Thanks to its golden color and extremely mild and almond flavor, the extra virgin olive oil "Mosto Oro" enhances the most refined home cooked dishes. It is especially recommended for fish.
Bottles are wrapped in a gold foil for full protection against light.
