New to America, this traditional Extra Vecchio balsamic is produced from grapes that come from the best vines in Modena. This wonderful Balsamic is aged a minimum of 25-years and passes through vigorous quality control testing. The final test is conducted by the Consortium of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, where the balsamic vinegar must achieve a near perfect score before being made available on the gourmet market with the coveted title “Extra Vecchio,” otherwise known as Italy’s liquid gold. Our Extra Vecchio is naturally rich and syrupy from the aging process and has the sweet rich flavor of dried prunes.
Storage and Handling: Keep at room temperature, sealed, away from sunlight. Balsamic vinegars only get better over time!
