A perfect way to ring in the Persian New Year!
- Mix ground almonds, cardamom and confectioners sugar in a large bowl. Slowly blend in rosewater and orange flower water, stirring constantly, to make a dough.
- Take small spoonfuls of dough, and shape into small mulberries. Roll each in granulated sugar, and attach a sliver of pistachio nut as a stem, as shown in picture.
- Store in an airtight container.
