The secret to these delicious lamb chops is the use of Eliunt Holy Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The bitter, grassy taste of this oil adds sophistication and flavor to a simple meat dish.



  • Heat Eliunt Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a saucepan and cook the chopped onion, peppers, tomatoes, olives, parsley, salt and pepper for about 17 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in another pan, sauté the lamb chops with oil.
  • After 17 minutes, add the lamb chops to the pan with the vegetables.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, and cook for about 6 minutes.
