Cool off this summer with this Iced Mexican Chocolate drink using Chocolate Mayordomo®. This drink will be the talk of your next dinner party or BBQ.
- Heat up milk in deep saucepan. Add Chocolate and chili powder or cayenne pepper, let melt by pressing down with spoon or Molinillo. Just as the milk begins to boil, remove from heat and froth by using a Molinillo or whisk. Allow to completely cool.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours in a water tight container. Then remove from refrigerator and shake vigorously in container. Serve over ice, add Kahlua if desired. Garnish with cinnamon stick and a dollop of whip cream.
