Spicy Cold Noodles

Our pure Chile Seed Oil, made at a family farm in Austria, is richly colored, has a spicy kick and is deeply flavored. A dash is all you need to add a unique note to everything from pasta, grilled meats, to sautes and beyond.

Ingredients

  • ½ lb Linguine
  • ½ lb Bean Sprouts
  • 1 lb shredded Carrots
  • 1 Tbsp chopped Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • ½ Tbsp Chile Seed Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, plus extra for tossing

Preparation

  • Cook linguine to al dente.
  • Blanche Bean Sprouts in boiling water 4-5 min. Drain both and toss with sesame oil.
  • In a food processor, combine 1 Tbsp chopped garlic, 2 Tbsp sesame paste, ½ Tbsp sesame oil, 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 4 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp honey, and ½ Tbsp Chile Seed Oil.
  • Toss noodles with carrots and dressing and serve. You can add cooked chicken and sliced cucumbers to make this a full meal.
