Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Trim the last inch off of asparagus stalks and discard.
  • Toss asparagus in a bowl with the olive oil, lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper, and garlic. Toss well.
  • Transfer to a shallow baking dish and roast in the oven for 10 minutes until browned and sizzling. Drizzle with truffle oil.
