- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Trim the last inch off of asparagus stalks and discard.
- Toss asparagus in a bowl with the olive oil, lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper, and garlic. Toss well.
- Transfer to a shallow baking dish and roast in the oven for 10 minutes until browned and sizzling. Drizzle with truffle oil.
