How To Make Easy Baked Tilapia
Tilapia slices are coated in panko and parmesan, then baked until golden on the outside and flaky and tender on the inside for this baked tilapia recipe.

Ingredients
- 4filetswhite fish,such as cod or tilapia
- ½lemon
- 1½tbspmelted butter
For Topping:
- ¼cupPanko bread crumbs
- 2tbspfresh parmesan cheese
- ½tspgarlic powder
- ½tsppaprika
- 1tbspparsley
- 1tspbutter,melted
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl.

Rinse tilapia filets, pat dry and place on a pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Drizzle with butter. Squeeze lemon juice over the filets.

Top with the Panko mixture.

Cook 15 minutes or just until cooked through and fish is flaky.

Broil for the last minute if desired
