The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Mosto Oro" is the pride of the Calvi company. It is produced from the finest olives of "Taggiasca Quality" (a variety of olives exclusively typical of the hills of western Riviera Ligure) of the "Valle di Oneglia" (Oneglia Valley), harvested by hand from late January to March, at their maximum ripening, and immediately cold pressed in a traditional mill. Bottles are wrapped in a gold foil or in a dark glass for full protection against light.
