Piment d’Espelette arrived from the New World 500 years ago, acclimated to south of France and now returns to the Americas. Its flavor is sweet with slightly bitter notes, and medium heat that builds and lingers. It has a toasty, hay fragrance with a note of fruit.
1 gr. Saffron Grade A. This special saffron comes from selected farmers in the La Mancha region of Spain and it is of the highest quality (grade above 190). Our Saffron is not adulterated with other parts of the flower that add weight but not flavor,
1 oz. This blend is inspired by southern French cuisine, notably Provence with the scents of lavender, basil and fennel. It makes a great seasoning for meat and fish as well as dressing. Try adding a bit of this blends to your favorite short bread cookie dough!
2 oz. The combination of tea leaves with anise and lemon creates a sezty floral blend perfect for fish and seafood as well as duck and even desserts. Try sprinkling a bit of the blend into your mixed greens.
2.25 oz. This is a mild and fragrant curry blend with floral and sweet notes. It could be used in any curry preparation and seafood but also in vegetable dishes and even pastries. Try adding a bit of the Bombay blend to your next milkshake or fruit smoothie.
