Ingredients
- 8 oz of dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream together until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Allow the mixture to cool and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Using a spoon or small scoop, shape the mixture into small balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder until completely coated.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
